FF7FS Shinra Fireworks Display event starts 8/10

This week a new FF7FS event is starting and it's a fireworks display brought to us by the thoughtful Shinra company!

Starting 8/10, in standard mode, you will be able to encounter headband-wearing bombs that will drop firework balls for you to light up the sky and gain items.

Exclusive rewards will be attainable by completing event specific challenges and you will be able to to get daily premium/special shinra tickets. Additionally there will be an updated vehicle control customization feature giving you even better ways to optimize your driving experience.

The Shinra Fireworks Display drops at a very interesting time during FF7FS's life, which makes this rather challenging to critique. In and of itself, the event seems lackluster and is more of the same; small changes on the map, challenges to complete, all on a mode no one prefers to play (standard).

With that said, this is all happening during one of the most exciting periods the game has ever seen as the official NA Tournament qualifiers begin the same week. So it's actually very cool of an option for those who aren't going to partake in that highly competitive scene and shows that the entire player base is being thought of. Let's just hope we see something truly game changing in the next update!
